The deadline for changing or returning the order is 7 business days from the date of receipt. If the responsibility for changes or returns lies with our store, whether it is the default/product tare weight or our error, please contact our customer service representatives.

4: Our personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Customized products (with number, name, and patch) cannot be cancelled or returned 24 hours after ordering.

5: After receiving the products, carefully inspect the packaging and goods. The products that are wrongly used with lotion will not be returned or compensated. Due to the special nature of products and prints, it is recommended not to machine wash products, do not soak them for a long time, do not use bleach, and do not rub hard on areas with names and numbers, patches, and advertising logos.

For all these situations, the corresponding costs incurred will be borne by the customer, and you can also contact our customer service representatives. We will provide you with a better solution based on your order situation.

Refund Information

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
